Job Responsibilities

• Review loan agreements of all the facilities in the Group and identify the covenants to be complied with.
• Identify covenants to be complied on a periodical basis. Update the list with amendments to the agreements.
• Track interest and loan repayment schedules.
• Ongoing monitoring of Loan covenants
• Coordinate with respective teams to understand possible breach of covenants in advance. 
• Obtain an update on compliance to the covenants.
• Prepare MIS reports asset wise / facility wise covenants to be complied and submit to the management. Submit an exception report of instances where covenants have bee
• Coordinate with respective finance teams for information requirement for any special projects.
• Liaise with consultants on any during special projects.
• Getting the information from all the verticals
• Consolidation / bank wise segregation
• Preparation of Group Exposure Statement and circulate to the very limited group members.
