Job Responsibilties
- Working capital management, Raising/Refinancing term loans
- Preparation/update of business plans
- Relationship management with banks, Credit rating agencies
- Loan Documentation - Loan Compliances
- Monthly Debt MIS : Preparation of Monthly dept MIS for GHIAL
- Providing information to Group/Sector on need basis
- Coordinate Bankers/Investor Visits
- Project finance
- Regulatory Outcomes
Educational Qualification- CA/CMA/MBA Finance/M.Com/B.Com with 4+ years of relevant experince in Treasury.
