• A total of four rotations of approximately 6 months each in different departments, with at least one rotation in a different geographical location
• Work on strategic projects, be part of cross-divisional project teams and interact with senior leaders

You will need to have the following:

• 2-5 years of professional work experience, and currently working, in General Insurance, Re-Insurance, Financial Services, and Consulting sectors
• Flexibility to work in different countries
• Proficient in English
• Graduated from University
