Our client operates in the exciting and fast-growing domain of loyalty and customer engagement. They are an end-to-end loyalty marketing company that runs its own loyalty programs in partnership with large companies (such as banks, conglomerates, etc.). They are a funded company started by veterans in the Indian Industry.
They own a SaaS cloud-based loyalty and travel platform – AI Loyalty that we use for enabling and running our loyalty programs and travel bookings.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a versatile Associate Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, the individual will be tasked with the primary responsibility of managing projects and supporting business analysis. We prefer candidates who have a robust background in software product or SaaS-based companies.
You will work closely with dev and business teams while reporting to Chief Architect. The location would be in Delhi NCR.
Key responsibilities: -
- Oversee and manage IT project execution to ensure timely and quality delivery, staying within the planned scope and budget.
- Track projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors, facilitating clear communication and understanding on all sides.
- Utilize Agile methodology and tools like Jira to manage project delivery and track progress.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Write clear and concise user stories that effectively communicate requirements and solutions. Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed.
- Participate in testing activities, executing business scenarios cases, and coordinating user acceptance testing.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful execution of the project.
- Prepare and deliver progress reports, requirements documentation, and presentations.
Required Skills and Experience: -
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 4 to 6 years of experience as a business analyst and project management in the IT industry, preferably within a product or SaaS-based company.
- Experience with Agile methodology and project management tools, particularly Jira.
- Ability to write user stories, perform testing, and understand business requirements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Professional certification such as PMP or CAPM.
- Worked as BA role in past.
Additional Details: -
- Position type and expected hours of work: This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday to Friday for nine hours. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
