Designation - Associate Recruiter
Location - BangaloreExperience - 4 Yrs+

NOTE - Looking for someone who has NON Tech hiring experience and has global hiring experience only
As a key member of the recruiting team, you will be owning candidate pipelines across various roles (Finance, Sales, Marketing, Compliance, People) of various complexity. Your primary focus will be to source and connect with candidates that fit specific requirements defined by hiring managers, including technical skillset and culture fit. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Identifying and engaging top talent through various channels and bringing them into our hiring process
- Building efficient and effective sourcing strategies by using Boolean string, X-rays and other unconventional sourcing techniques
- Supporting key initiatives by delivering on diversity sourcing objectives
- Contributing to employer branding initiatives (e.g., social media recruitment campaigns, events, content creation, etc), by working closely together with our recruiters
- Partnering with recruiters and hiring teams to meet hiring goals and targets
THE QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
- 2+ years of experience in sourcing and talent mapping in a corporate or agency environment, tech and financial services experience a plus
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing for roles across teams (Finance, Sales, Marketing, Compliance,, People) in a fast paced, high growth environment
- Sourcing skills and experience beyond LinkedIn search and filters, encompassing at an advanced level various techniques and platforms
- Confident communicator, who can pitch to candidates, and influence recruiters and people in various levels within the organization
- A passion for financial inclusion and access to higher education is a must, as well as comfort working with a global team across multiple time zones and locations!
- In addition, you should be comfortable working in a fast growth environment, meaning a small agile team, fast-evolving roles and responsibilities, variable workload, tight deadlines, a high degree of autonomy, and 80-20 everything.
