We are representing a leading law firm in India, known for its exceptional work in the Capital Markets space. They are seeking Associates (2-4 years) and Senior Associates (5–6 years) to join their prestigious and dynamic Capital Markets team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Associates: Assist with due diligence, drafting offering documents, and coordinating regulatory filings.
- Senior Associates: Manage deal execution, liaise with clients and regulators, and lead junior team members.
What We’re Looking For:
- Associates: 1–3 years of experience in corporate or capital markets law with a solid understanding of securities regulations.
- Senior Associates: 4–6 years of experience with proven expertise in equity and debt transactions.
- Strong drafting, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- LLB degree and law firm experience is a must
