Role: Associate / Senior Associate / Principal Associate – Equity Capital Markets
Location: Mumbai (WFO) / Delhi (WFH/Remote)
PQE: Associate: 2–4 years | Senior Associate: 4–7 years | Principal Associate: 7+ yearsAbout the Role:
Join a growing law firm expanding its Capital Markets practice. You will work on IPOs, QIPs, Rights Issues, Mainboard listings, and DHRPs, handling end-to-end ECM transactions, drafting offer documents, liaising with regulators, and managing clients. This is an excellent opportunity to grow with a dynamic team and gain broad ECM exposure.Requirements:

2+ years (Associate) / 4+ years (Senior Associate) / 7+ years (Principal Associate) in ECM practice

Strong experience in IPOs, QIPs, DHRPs, Mainboard listings

Excellent drafting, analytical, and client-handling skills

Law firm experience preferred
