About the Opportunity:
We are hiring for our client, a reputed full-service law firm, seeking Banking & Finance lawyers across levels and locations. The firm’s strength lies not only in the quality of its work but in its collaborative culture and commitment to professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate finance and security documents

• Support or lead financing transactions, including syndicated loans, project finance, and structured finance deals

• Advise on regulatory and compliance aspects under Indian banking laws

• Liaise with clients, lenders, and counterparties for seamless execution

• Supervise and mentor junior lawyers (for Senior and Principal Associate levels)

Requirements:

• LL.B. from a reputed law school

• 2 to 9 years of relevant post-qualification experience in Banking & Finance

• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills

• Ability to handle transactions independently (depending on seniority)

• Excellent client-handling and communication skills
