I am looking for an Associate Director of Enrollment and Corporate Relations for a large Private, American school in Thorpe, Surrey. Previous experience is required in a similar role, salary is £45K-£50Kpa.
Job Summary:
Reporting to the Director of Student Recruitment and Admissions, the Associate Director of Day Enrolment and Corporate Relations will be responsible for contributing to the overall strategy to recruit, enroll, and support day families.
This would include identifying families who are relocating to the United Kingdom, families who have recently settled in the UK but are looking for other educational alternatives, as well as local residents who are a potential fit for anl international school experience.
The post holder will create both short-term and long-term marketing and admissions strategies to meet our day student enrolment targets, and work in coordination with the Enrolment Management Team and other departments to implement all strategies and initiatives. The post holder will have primary responsibility for the recruitment and enrolment of day students, with particular focus on both Lower and Middle School sections.
This individual will coordinate and work in parallel with the Enrolment Management team to build and maintain strong relationships with education consultants, corporations and their human resources departments, organisations within the relocation industry, estate agents, agents, feeder schools and programs, etc. The individual will need to network with various people, companies, and organisations to build relationships and a network of potential referral sources across London and the world.
This position will require travel to London and other locations in the local area, digital marketing and online events, as well as updating print material. The person will need to manage resources wisely and stay within budget.
This position would also require supporting the Enrolment Management Team's efforts in all activities to support the overall work of admissions and enrolment management.
The post holder will have exceptional communication, organisational and interpersonal skills, and be self-motivated, flexible and growth-oriented.
