# Stagewise process design for injection molding process(PFD)
# Manufacturing lead time and cost estimation for injection molds
# Prepare Quality plan for product development(PFMEA)
# Approval of injection mold design (back up calculations to meet the part dimensions, mold construction, molding machine selection)
# Manufacturing of tool / fixture / inspection gauge(Approval) 
# Track the project progress for mold development(Management)
# Part optimization planning(Detailed review)
# Conduct stage wise PPAP (IATF)
# Continual improvements in processes to improve upon Quality, cost & delivery (Problem Solving,TGR, TGW)
