Job Description
- Assisting in designing, development and implementation of the talent identification, development, and review process that is required to achieve business goals and results in the creation of an internal bench of top talent.
- Assisting in designing of competency framework in line with overall organizational strategy that helps in acquiring of “right talent in right place”.
- Conducting gap analysis of people capability in line with organizational strategy and designing of Learning & Development strategy to provide overall alignment to achieve short term and long-term goals of Org.
- Identifying critical and strategic importance of position and assisting in designing of Succession Planning.
- Strategizing and assisting in bringing performance driven culture with an in-depth understanding of business scope/objective and establishing of right set of KRA/KPI, C&B, Perform-Pay concepts, and evaluation mechanism through various platforms including 360 degree and other mode of evaluation to assess right talent and risk, and designing of IDP and LDP plan driving through internal/external sources.
- Analysing, understanding of business scope, goal, and functionality, and defining of HR strategies through Policies and Procedures in consideration of local regulations and employment laws and implementing global standard HR practices which correlate and drive to achieve org. goals.
- Conducting and initiating various surveys such as employee satisfaction survey, C&B survey, pulse of people, performance survey, technology changes survey to make sure people and organization is aligned with market dynamics and assisting.
- Serve as a business partner with hiring managers to develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies. Develop effective relationships within the organization and the hiring resources to have influence and impact the recruiting process and hiring.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- MBA with 5-10 years of experience preferably from IT/Mfg. (other industries are not preferred) who has hands-on experience in designing and implementation of L&D and PMS strategies, and who can work as independent contributor assisting Head HR.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills,
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills,
- Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software,
- Excellent interpersonal, counselling, and negotiation skills,
- Strong presentation skills,
- Strong MS Excel Skills
- Strong leadership skills,
- Thorough understanding industry and best practise in said domain,
- Ability to design and implement full-cycle talent management process.
