1. Managing the end to end Recruitment Cycle – from the approval of the Job to sourcing of candidates (both internal & through vendors) and screening the profiles
2. Ensuring interview scheduling as per Hiring Manager’s availability
3. Closing and negotiating the offer with the candidates and tying up with the Compensation & Benefits team for offer roll out
4. Ensuring all documents and medical reports are in place before the offer is rolled out
5. Managing & Coordinating with Recruitment Vendors and ensuring agreement etc are in place. Process Vendor Invoices.
1. Should be an excellent communicator
2. Should be computer savvy
3. Should have full knowledge on latest recruitment techniques , methods and salary trends.
Minimum 7- 8 years of experience is required. MBA in HR (Full time) is a must.
