Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Lead efforts to identify, target, and secure new clients within the staffing and recruitment industry.
- Relationship Building: Develop and sustain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients and key industry stakeholders.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to shape our strategic business development initiatives.
- Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed revenue targets through strategic planning and effective business development activities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including recruitment and account management, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling business proposals to potential clients, showcasing the company’s strengths and tailored solutions.
- Networking: Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance the company’s visibility and attract new clients.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Business Development within the staffing and recruitment industry.
- Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation.
- Strong understanding of staffing and recruitment market trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
