Position Responsibilities:-
- Review and revise the entire communication content across the insurance policy- life cycle (Policy documents, Welcome communication, Service communication, Claim communication, Renewals etc.)
- Provide a refreshing look and feel to communication and make it intuitive using infographics, icons etc.
- Restructure complex insurance documents into easy-to-follow communication that’s well packaged by sections and illustrative.
- Add oomph and quirkiness, while communicating the essence
- Ensure that the Purpose of Communication is met.
- Work with content writers / agencies to draft communication.
- Liaise with the stakeholders like underwriters, product team, claims teams, to rework the communication content.
- Ensure alignment of the communication with the Brand Guidelines
- Obtain necessary compliance approval on the redesigned content.
- Implementation of the redesigned content through systems. Ensuring that the final output matches the redesigned communication.
- Quality Check and monitoring of the communication content
Qualifications and Experience:-
- Ideal candidate would be from BFSI Industry, leading Customer Communication
- Graduate / Postgraduate. 10+ years’ experience
- Masters in communication / Language, would be a preferred qualification.
- Preferably trained in Plain Simple Language (B1) writing
Competencies Required:-
- Communication expert who can simplify insurance communication and content.
- Exceptional Communication & Presentation Skills
- A blend of communication skills with design capabilities would provide a cutting edge to fulfil this role.
- Able to influence Stakeholders and the C-Suite
- Experience in working with / implementing CCM (Customer Communication Management) software
