AUDIT Manager

Division: AUDIT- CONSULTANCY

REPORTS TO: Director/ Partner

Role PURPOSE:

As an audit manager, you will work as part of a problem-solving team, helping to solve complex business problems, from strategy to execution.

The ideal candidate

• Post Graduate Studies, in Accounting and Bookkeeping Information Systems, Audit, Finance, Insurance, Banks, Business Management or other relevant areas.
• Holding a Romanian Chartered Accountant certification and Fiscal Consultant accreditation or an equivalent foreign title.
• Minimum 2 years of financial audit;
  Strong knowledge of English;
• Very good knowledge of MIS. /ERP, accounting software, adaptive to disruptive technology
• Ability to communicate clearly with colleagues and clients at all levels;
• Well-developed listening and questioning techniques, supported by strong analytical skills and organizational skills;
• Strong teamwork skills, with experience in supervising and developing junior staff;
• Proven track record of strong project management skills;
• A strong desire for continuous improvement and responsibilities to the customer.

Responsibilities:

Providing business auditing and consulting for a variety of clients;
Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and established customers;

Ensuring an on-site coordination role for audit clients, including coaching and training of junior staff;
Team supervision and direct reporting to senior staff.
