Your responsibilities
- Strategy - Implements the Global Business Area and Divisions strategy in the countries within the area of responsibility.
- Provides input to Global Business Area and Divisions.
- Performance Targets - Ensures achievement of established targets through regular oversight and definition of improvement actions as needed. Delivers operational/project targets to ensure customer satisfaction and improve net promoter score . May have oversight of Local Business Areas in other countries.
- Manufacturing - Leads and manages the production units as allocated by the Business Area and implements local plans to achieve targets. Improves manufacturing technology and competence in line with Business Areas/Divisions strategy.
- Supply Chain Management - Executes the sourcing strategy in line with Business Area strategy and processes. Manages all local SCM requirements to meet targets.
- Quality & Operational Excellence - Executes Business Area/Divisions operational excellence strategy and quality standards. Drives executional excellence across all products/ projects/services and processes through target setting, monitoring and benchmarking for innovative processes. Maintains compliance with quality standards and develops systems for capturing, monitoring and improving day to day operations. Drives productivity, delivery performance and cost optimization.
- Marketing & Sales - Strategize, Lead, Drive and Oversees all marketing and sales activities within the local unit and allocated markets. Cross-boarders collaboration with Business different stakeholders and all divisions to ensure its well positioned for sales profitable growth.
- R&D - Supports execution of global R&D projects by providing and developing R&D competencies. Ensures project delivery and achieves agreed project targets.
- HSE & Integrity - Implements HSE and business compliance standards and regulations within the units. Ensures a safe working environment, continuous HSE improvement process and integrity performance.
- Standard & Governance - Implements and ensures compliance with global and local standards, rules, tools, policies and processes related to operations/project execution. Shares functional best practices and lessons learned across the organization.
- People, Leadership & Development - Ensures (with HR Manager support) that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed. Guides, motivates, and develops direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies.
Your background
- Ideally, you'll hold a Bachelor of Science in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
- Strategic P&L knowledge and management Skills.
- Minimum 12-14 years of experience with proven track record in leadership positions with P&L responsibility.
- Strategic planning and execution capacity to drive business growth.
- Strong background in service business and ability to lead service operations.
- Strong inclusive leadership profile and skills set.
- Strong experience in performance management for sizable and diverse teams.
- Growth mindset and ability to lead sizable and diverse teams in challenging conditions.
- Solid experience in multinational organizations and multicultural business environment.
- Strong background in Automation and Electrical business.
- Excellent Market Knowledge and sharp business development skills.
- People Management Skills – ability to develop people to the best in their ability.
- Must be Saudi National.
