We are looking for an experienced Automation Director to be responsible for leading the automation efforts of our client's organization, identifying opportunities for automation, and designing and implementing automation solutions that improve efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance the capabilities of our team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive automation strategy that aligns with the business goals and objectives of our organization
• Identify opportunities for automation across our organization and design and implement automated solutions that improve efficiency and reduce errors
• Collaborate with department heads to understand business processes and identify opportunities for automation
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and vendors to ensure successful automation delivery
• Provide training and support to team members to enable effective use of automation tools and processes
• Conduct regular performance reviews of automation solutions and make necessary adjustments to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and legislation pertaining to automation

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in automation roles, preferably in a leadership or management role
• Strong technical skills and experience with automation tools and processes
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement end-to-end automation solutions
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and vendors
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation pertaining to automation
