For our customer, one of the leading manufacturers of fans and motors, we are looking for an Automation Engineer / PLC Programmer.

Responsibilities:

• Create and keep the time plan for PLC Programs and Commissioning
• Create specific equipment SPS Software and view programs under the epS standards
• Autonomous at commissioning for production and measurement equipment with experience in process insertion, gluing magnetization, balancing, testing, etc. 
• Connections between processes with the MES System 
• Commissioning, for updates/changes to existing equipment
• Process optimization according to the customer's request
• Collect and analyze the customer topics 
• Perform training for direct production personnel (Technical Support / Operator) regarding handling and function of equipment
• Support for other plants by remote control and if is necessarily able to travel
• Create the documentation for the equipment book
• Participate in Project meetings depending on cross-department 
• Communicate with external suppliers for equipment  
• Cost estimation for customer 

Experience

• Relevant experience with Siemens PLC, HMI

Specific knowledge

• Siemens PLC programs – for S5 -200, S7-300, S7 -400, S7- 1200, TIA Portal
• Siemens HMI
• Siemens Win CC
• Studies in the Electric/Mechatronic/ Automation field 
• Knowledge in step 7, TIA-Portal and WinCCflexible
• Knowledge of Bus system Area Profibus / Profinet / Ethernet
• Knowledge of fluids and pneumatics
• Dealing with field devices such as drives, presses, pulse generators, dosing systems, and other third-party systems 
• Managing the analysis tools, in order to find the errors and optimize the process
• Knowledge of MS Office
