The Role

The IT Manager will play a crucial role in setting up and maintaining NIO UAE's IT infrastructure. This includes overseeing the launch of new office infrastructure, managing IT systems and operations for multiple showrooms, and supporting the company's growth. The ideal candidate will have a robust IT systems, infrastructure, and software background, with experience in the automotive or retail sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Create an IT culture within the company from scratch, ensuring alignment with corporate best practices.
• Oversee the establishment and maintenance of IT infrastructure for new offices and showrooms.
• Oversee the implementation of ERP, HRMS, and other business-supporting systems.
• Lead and mentor the IT team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
• Implement and manage robust cybersecurity measures to protect company data and systems.
• Manage and communicate with other international teams for Tier 2/3 support and services.
• Develop and manage IT budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
• Provide strategic input on IT investments to support business objectives.
• Set up an ITIL-compliant service desk for local operations, establishing processes and policies.
• Ensure the smooth operation of all IT systems and services to support business growth.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute IT projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
• Keep abreast of rapid technological advancements to ensure NIO UAE remains efficient and competitive.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Complete Brand integration and relationship management of all IT-related activities to aid business growth.
• Installation and management of professionally trained IT teams.
• Managers are expected to maintain the budget for IT Projects while controlling expenses and maintaining quality.

• Proven experience in IT management, with a track record of successfully leading IT projects.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and software and best practices.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
