Your duties will revolve around to attract new customers and lead teams.

This role will require an individual who has experience in software development, in the automotive sector and with high communicative skills.

As an automotive software manager, you should:

• Attract new customers in the automotive sector.
• Ability to open new accounts.
• +5 years of experience working in automotive software development projects and business development.
• Previous experience as a leader of the software projects, managing teams.
• Have outstanding IT knowledge.
• German required or proficiency level of English.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to manage your own projects to deliver solutions in timely manner.
• Able to work in Barcelona. Non remote work.
• Have good negotiation skills. Results oriented.
