I consider myself as an expert in FCMG, retail and fashion industry, my work experience in Retail concretely in Luxury, premium and fast fashion industry make me able to cover successfully any kind of recruitment process, knowing everything about the sector. Additionally, in the last 4 years I have worked in recruitment, always covering and helping on the recruitments processes of my clients. My purpose is to build a long term relationship with my costumers, becoming a partner of trust for them, sharing and achieving their recruitments goals. I’m used to work in difficulty processes with really short timings.

Laura has 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, which has allowed her to develop strong skills in the sales and MICE areas including negotiation and perseverance. Laura graduated with a Master's in Human Resource Management.

Jose started his journey in technical architecture, but his passion quickly shifted towards the vibrant world of fashion. From his beginnings as a sales assistant, he rose through the ranks to become an international area manager and product manager, leading and developing teams across different markets.
Known for his people-centric mindset, Jose now applies his leadership experience to recruitment, where he manages and mentors a team while aligning business needs with the right candidate profiles to make the magic happen.
Jose Novaes is a Senior Consultant within Antal’s Retail team.
With a background as an audiovisual technician and extensive experience in television, he successfully transitioned into the retail sector, where he has held leadership roles across industries such as electronics and toy retail. Most recently, he worked as an Area Manager, excelling in the identification and recruitment of a wide range of store profiles, including Store Managers.
Jose brings strong market knowledge, leadership insight, and proven recruiting expertise, and plays a key role in supporting the success of Antal’s Retail team.
Camila Romero is a Consultant specializing in the optical retail sector. With master’s degrees in Clinical Psychology and Human Resources, she combines her academic background with a practical understanding of the industry. Originally from El Salvador, Camila has lived in France, Brazil, and Spain, gaining a multicultural perspective and fluency in Spanish, French, English, and Portuguese.
She began her career in Spain, completing her professional practices before joining Antal as an Associate Consultant. Over time, she has developed expertise in managing recruitment processes in the retail sector, both locally and internationally, working on diverse and complex projects.
Camila’s combination of psychological training, global experience, and focus on retail allows her to understand the nuances of different roles and effectively match talent to specific needs in the sector.
Iker holds a degree in History and a postgraduate qualification in Human Resources, which allows him to combine a critical and analytical perspective with a practical approach to people management. This academic background has equipped him with the tools to understand both the global context and the internal dynamics of organisations.
After completing an internship at Antal, Iker joined the Industrial Sales & Marketing department, where he currently works as a Consultant, supporting companies in the industrial sector by connecting them with the right talent and providing a broad, strategic market perspective.
He is oriented towards change and continuous improvement. Thanks to his background in History and Human Resources, Iker can look beyond the short term and contribute to creating value for both teams and organisations
Luis is passionate about business, which is why he completed a BBA. However, he is even more passionate about people, which sparked his interest in recruitment. His endless curiosity leads him to meet new people and experience new environments every day.
He specialises in accountancy and finance roles in the retail sector. His background working in stores, combined with his business degree, helps him understand clients' needs.
As a Consultant, Luis enjoys connecting the best talent with clients needing long-term partners to guide them through the talent market.
Gabriella Val is an Associate Consultant at Antal International, specialising in the Retail sector with a particular focus on Premium & Luxury. With a background in Psychology and advanced studies in Clinical Psychology, she brings a unique perspective to talent acquisition, combining deep human insight with a practical understanding of the industry.
Before joining Antal, Gabriella spent six years at Decathlon, where she developed strong communication and team management skills. This hands-on retail experience helped shape her ability to identify talent, particularly in individuals with leadership potential.
Her dual expertise in Psychology and Retail allows her to understand exactly what retail companies need and to deliver recruitment solutions that meet both client expectations and candidate aspirations. Gabriella is dedicated to guiding candidates through every step of the recruitment process, ensuring a successful and satisfying outcome for all parties involved.
Clara is Senior Consultant specializing in Retail, Fashion, Sales, and Marketing. She brings over 10 years of professional experience in the retail industry and has also spent a significant part of her career as an entrepreneur.
With an academic background in International Trade and Luxury Marketing Management, along with extensive international experience, Clara feels confident working with global clients and roles within the sector.
