• Market engagement – developing confidence with intermediaries on the underwriting capabilities of the company
• Portfolio management – monitoring performance on top line as well as bottom line and contributing to corrective measures for deviations
• Profitability – ensure product level and regional level profitability
• Growth – ensure contribution to company’s top line in coordination and collaboration with sales team
