What you will work on:

• P&L responsibility for the business line
• Ensuring the portfolio growth and quality on Pan-India level for relationships managed
• Develop new dealers Pan India and design structured finance solutions to suit corporate requirements
• Maintain relationships with treasury, purchase, and accounts team of the dealers to ensure seamless financing of partners
• Work closely with the Tech team to develop systems in order to best serve the corporate clients
• Manage existing programs to ensure seamless financing of partners of dealers

• Strong relationships in the CFO fraternity
• Highly driven and motivated individual with ability to get hands-on where required
• Ability to manage the performance of a team
• Good understanding of Financial Products and Credit
• Strong understanding of processes and ability to have numbers at fingertips

Qualification and Experience:

• 8+ years of Dealer Finance experience
• Master’s degree (MBA preferred) from a reputed institute or a CA/CFA degree with relevant experience
• Have experience in scaling sales through a resource-lean model
• Ideal candidate would have been working in the Banking / NBFC Space and should have current client facing role (on the side of Dealers)
