Job Title: AWS Connect & Python Developer

Experience: 5-10 years
Location: Devanahalli, Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain solutions using AWS Connect for cloud-based contact center operations.
• Build and integrate Python-based backend services to support AWS Connect workflows.
• Develop Lambda functions, APIs, and automation scripts for call routing, data processing, and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Monitor and optimize performance, ensuring high availability and reliability of services.
• Implement security best practices and compliance standards in cloud environments.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS Connect, Amazon Lex, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, and IAM.
• Proficiency in Python for backend development and automation.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, event-driven architecture, and serverless computing.
• Good understanding of contact center workflows, IVR, and call analytics.

Preferred Qualifications:

• AWS Certification (e.g., AWS Certified Developer or Solutions Architect).
• Experience in integrating third-party CRM or ticketing systems..
