We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Data Engineer to join an overseas influential multinational company in the Tech sector.  With a billing forecast of 400 million euros in 2025, they need to reinforce their data team with expert engineers in Azure tools.

RESPONSABILITIES

• Definition of the data orchestration model (Azure Data Factory)

• Definition of a global integration data quality strategy

• Reengineering of the current integration processes and their migration to the Azure environment

• Integration of new data sources

• Setting up the Microsoft environment to support the Data Lake strategy

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience working with Azure Databricks and Azure Data Factory
• Experience supporting data science and analytics teams in Azure with technical queries
• Understanding of Azure DB administration and the Azure data platform
• Understanding of ADF, Databricks, PyCharm and Docker
• Experience with Azure DevOps
• Practical experience / up to date training with Azure PaaS SQL database
• Experience in database server configuration and performance tuning
• Experience with Azure Data Studio and /or PowerShell
• Experience with GIT source control or equivalent
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, R and Scala
• Experience of Snowflake
