In Romania they have a strong presence since few years and a stable and growing team. This new role will report to the Country Commercial Manager and will supervise the B2B division.Career level: minimum 5 years of experience in sales, minimum 1 year in the field of food productsHigh mobility is required, especially in the South-East and North-East of Romania.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prospecting the market and identifying business development opportunities;
- Daily visiting of clients in the area of responsibility
- Maintaining and developing collaborative relationships with active clients - Achieving the agreed qualitative and quantitative objectives
- Monitoring and reporting on competitor activity
- Promoting the company's image
- Area of activity: with priority the South-East area of Romania
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Completed higher education; food chemistry is an advantage
- Experience in B2B sales - mandatory
- Experience with clients in south-east Romania, if any
- Experience in the field of food ingredients can be a great advantage; in any case mandatory in the food area
- Communication and persuasive skills
- Dynamic, sociable person, pleasant presence
- Fast assimilation capacity, oriented towards achieving objectives
- English language good level if there is another language of international circulation - German or French is an advantage
- Category B driver's license
- Knowledge of the English language, intermediate-advanced level.
