In the last 5 years, we have developed the business together with our distribution partner VOG from 5 Mio. Euro in 2017 to 52 Mio Euro in 2022 (Nielsen turnover). The market share grew from 1.7% in 2017 to 10.5% in March 2023. The plan for the next 4-5 years is to continue to grow in a significant way in Germany, through a continuous & pro-active direct market management and continuous investments in the German market. 

BACK OFFICE MANAGER (m/w/d) HAMBURG

Main tasks:

• Management and entry of customer orders from registration to delivery;
• Validate the product availability and control the eventual delivery date;
• Communication with our customers & our logistic suppliers;
• Management of litigations and late penalties;
• Updating and regular monitoring of information relating to the customer file in the IT management software (prices, commercial conditions, etc.)
• Working closely with the sales team regarding both vendor and customer issues
• Management of accounting service provider to ensure correct customer transactions and invoicing process
• Monitoring the general Accounting e-mail box and addressing all vendor/customer inquiries
• Bank relationships
• Various projects as needed

What we are looking for:

• At least 5-6 years of experience in Back Office and Accounting
• Previous team management experience is a plus
• Knowledge of ERP System Microsoft Xentral
• Competent mastery of MS Excel
• German native speaker and fluent in English, Italian is “nice to have”
