Job Description:
We are looking for a seasoned Backend Engineer with deep expertise in Node.js and
NoSQL systems to design and maintain scalable APIs and real-time data pipelines. You
will work across API development, data integration, and cloud infrastructure, leveraging
Apache Kafka and GCP to build robust, event-driven backend systems.

Key Responsibilities:
 Develop and maintain scalable, observable APIs using Node.js and TypeScript.
 Migrate and manage document databases (MongoDB to Couchbase).
 Implement API integration solutions (REST, GraphQL, webhooks).
 Build and maintain Kafka-based event streaming pipelines.
 Ensure code quality with best practices and observability tools.
 Deploy and manage applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and GCP.

Required Skills:
 Strong Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript (ES2019+) experience.
 Expertise in MongoDB and Couchbase, with database migration know-how.
 Proficient in Apache Kafka and real-time data processing.
 Experience with GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes.
 Solid understanding of API architecture and observability (logging, tracing).
