Roles and Responsibilities:
● Drive business development for CDMO projects in specialty and fine chemicals across global markets
● Manage complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and revenue growth
● Build and manage relationships with international clients; act as single point of contact
● Coordinate with R&D, regulatory, operations and other teams for project execution
● Develop key account plans and identify repeat or upscaling opportunities
● Track market trends, competition, and pricing benchmarks to support strategy
