Our client a Global Food (Meat products) distribution company is looking to hire a Business Development / Commercial Manager & Sourcing  – Lamb & Pork product in Dubai. Budget: USD 8K – 10K (TBD), To expedite share CV to [email protected]

The incumbent for this role will be responsible for both sourcing & Selling of the product in UAE. It is an excellent opportunity to be a part of a growing international Frozen & Meat Products company in the Middle East.

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing & Procurement of products (Lamb & Pork) from International Markets.
• Developing excellent relationship with Manufacturers and Suppliers
• Strong skills in negotiation & pricing of products.
• Understanding the Logistics & Supply chain challenges for getting the product in Dubai with the support of the local team.
• Excellent understanding of both products and its various cuts & sizes and breeds.
• Support the Logistics Team in Shipments, Legal Documentation and Customs clearance.
• Knowledge of Import & Export of Meat products.
• Attending Local & global exhibitions to meet & build relationship with Global Manufacturers & Suppliers 

Sales / Business Development:

• To have excellent relationship with the Retailers & Distributors in the UAE market.
• Having existing relationship to drive the sales of the sourced product
• Understanding of the requirements of HORECA Sector, good rapport with Purchase Managers and Executive Chefs.
