Responsibilities:

• Provides support to the sales team;
• Issuing contracts - drafting contracts for any type of business that the companyinitiates to buy/sell;
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Drafts regular/daily reports as set by management as well as ad hoc reportsrequired by management and sales team
• Monitors sales performance indicators
• Prepare reports or analysis based on relevant company reporting systemsfor the business
• Administers and develops sales analysis tools and ensures data accuracyfrom reporting and analysis tools
• Develops and implements scripts, reporting solutions, enhances reporting capabilitiesreporting capabilities to ensure automation of reports/processes
• Administers and develops sales tools and ensures data accuracy inthem;
• Maintains close collaboration with all departments to collect all data necessary for the preparation of sales analyses.

Requirements:

• Higher education;
• very good knowledge of MS OFFICE (MS Excel advanced level required - will be tested with during the interview);
• knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Visual Basic is an advantage;
• Knowledge of BI Qlik 
• Sociable, communicative, proactive person;

• Advantage: Professional experience in a sales support position (sales reporting/analysis). in a FMCG company

Must Haves:

• Advanced excel skills - (will be tested by the employer);
•  Knowledge of Macro, Query and SQL databases;
•  SAP and working knowledge in BI - Qlik (desirable);
