A top leading MedTech multinational company is looking to hire Tender & Bid Lead to contribute in the company's business growth & be part of shaping the future of healthcare digital services!

Key responsibilities:

• You'll be the one heading the country's finance Offer to Order (OTO) function.
• As team members development is always a part of any leadership position! so you'll be responsible for elevating you team skill set to shape future challenges due to internal or external development in OTO.
• You'll be responsible to harmonize, standardize and digitalize the OTO process.
• Providing support (focus Finance) for the sales team and/or the customer, coordinates multimodality deal escalations is an integral part of your role.
• Evaluating LOA applicability, generating contract and negotiating terms and conditions with the customer in coordination with the legal team.
• As a main contributor in business growth, you'll be the one identifying public tender opportunities and drive the public bid.
• Handling all price-related topics with complete confidentiality internally and externally.

Key requirements:

• +10 years of experience in bid proposal & tender management.
• +4 years of experience in people management.
• Current or previous experience within a multinational company preferrably in MedTech, Energy or Technology. 
• Exceptional communications skills & stakeholders management.
• Strategic thinker & excellent at planning.
• Previous or current hands-on experience in large business volume management.
• Empowering mindset with ability to build team successors.
• Commercial background or sales support experience is crucial.
• MBA or any other relevant post-grad degree in Finance is a huge plus.
