Responsibilities:

• Work along with Sales team and Delivery teams on RFP requirements by analyzing the bid details, solutioning concepts and associated risks for the project.
• Co-ordinate with practice and presales team to understand requirement and evaluate proposal accordingly as per the client requirements
• Read and analyses RFPs and provide end-to-end bid support for the medium/ large deals.
• Ensure transparent costing and pricing strategy
• Ensure that the win rate is maximized through the appropriate margin analysis.
• Timely engagement of sales, commercial and subject matter experts in the bid process.
• Manage and coordinate stakeholder relationships along with the Sales and Delivery organizations throughout the bid cycle.
• Ensure that the bid runs with a project plan and drive it to closure on time.
• Produce post-bid review.
• Ensure consistent application of the Bid Management process and framework to all the bids.
• Use Systems effectively to automate process on converting bid into order
• Co-ordinate with purchase team and give budget for the PO. And effectively manage cots and protect margins
• Ability to play an active role in contributing to the growth and future of the business.
• Interface and network with the leadership and key decision makers in the Company.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in a finance related field
• Project Management Certification is a plus
• At least 10 years of relevant commercial and bid management experience, especially on infra-structure projects,
• Demonstrable experience of working on large and complex bids as a Bid Manager
• Analytical, self-initiative and team player with good communication skills
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English
• Knowledge of SAP will be additional advantage
