A Technology giant, present in more than 40 countries, is currently looking for a Big Data Developer to join its Data team in Madrid

Within the Data Services area, your role will be driving digital transformation through AI, Analytics & Cloud platform, acting as a Big Data Developer in a rapidly growing team. You have a solid knowledge of Big Data technologies and are ready to contribute to the development of new ideas and methods.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understand customer’s business requirements, data processes and analyze their systems’ data, to design the data migration and transformation processes.
• Implement data ecosystems including data management, governance and the integration of structured and unstructured data
• Be able to extract, transform, and load (ETL) large magnitudes of data, improving the efficiency of ETL processes
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to enable clients to manage the deployed solutions
• Implement data ecosystems including data management, governance and the integration of structured and unstructured data
• Take advantage of science-based and cognitive techniques to manage data and predict scenarios.

REQUIREMENTS

• Technical Degree in Mathematics, Physics, Engineering or similar.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Big Data Developer (Junior, Senior Profiles ...)
• Experience in Big data technologies: PySpark, Scala, Cloud, etc., to participate in large projects.
• Knowledge of programming languages: Java, Python
• Min. English B2
