Parkside Recruitment are currently partnering with a rapidly growing organisation for the appointment of a Billing/Credit Control Admin.
You will ideally have 3 years experience in a similar position and be eager to progress your career into a fast paced role.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain Credit Control inbox and ensure all issues are escalated
- Support the credit control function with all administration duties
- Liaison with internal teams to ensure SPI data transfer failures are resolved promptly
- Liaison with internal teams to ensure subsequent invoices queries are registered on the internal system and resolved promptly
- Using EPQ data to identify common trends in SPI errors, use this information to identify how data file accuracy can be improved using standard procedures and training notes
Skills and Experience:
- Ideally the candidate would have experience working within a finance team
- Use of Microsoft Office, with proficiency using Excel (V Lookups, Pivot tables)
- Desirable - Experience with Master data and digital file transfer
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
