Role: Blockchain Developer L2/L3

As a Web 3 Engineer (Blockchain Developer L2/L3), you will drive the technical design, redesign, remodeling, and refactoring of systems for robustness and sustainability. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams, Product Managers, and senior leaders to create a vision and roadmap for the team. You’ll lead design discussions, influence technology choices, and participate in design and code reviews to ensure world-class solutions.

Location: Mumbai (Hybrid) / Remote / 5 days a week

What Will You Get to Do?

• Develop smart contracts (Chain Code) and implement Chain Code Interfaces

• Architect complex distributed ledger/blockchain solutions

• Set up and configure Hyperledger Fabric environments

• Write high-performance Backend APIs using Node.js

• Collaborate with teams to innovate and optimize blockchain-based products

• Drive technical excellence through code reviews and best practices

Profile Expectations

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in blockchain development using Node.js or Go

• Strong expertise in Hyperledger Fabric project implementation

• Hands-on experience building applications on Hyperledger Fabric using Angular or React front-end and Node.js services

• Proficiency in consensus mechanisms like PBFT, Raft, POA, POC, POW, etc.

• Solid understanding of Public, Private, and Consortium blockchains

• Experience with DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or IBM Blue Mix) is an advantage

• Passion for Web 3.0 and decentralized systems
