Requirements:

Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Sales, Service, or Spare Parts management, preferably in the 'Automotive Industry.'

Engineering degree (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering) is preferred, but not mandatory.

Fluent in Telugu, both spoken and written, to effectively communicate with customers, team members, and stakeholders.

Proven track record of leadership and achievement in driving sales growth, optimizing service operations, and managing spare parts inventory.

Strong understanding of Automotive Dealership operations, including Sales processes, Service procedures, and Spare Parts Management.

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications are a plus.

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives.

Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and analysis.

Experience with Customer Relationship Management and building strong Customer Relationships.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements.
