Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the branch, including customer service, Retail sales, Anchor sales, business loan sales, collections and employee management
• Recruit, train, and mentor branch staff to ensure high performance and productivity
• Sourcing Invoice finance cases for the assigned territory using the sales team.
• Enrol local DSA/connectors for sourcing business loans /Invoice Finance cases
• Overlook collections team to maintain the desired collection resolution.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, local brand teams, distributors, and all stakeholders
• Monitor and analyse branch performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective strategies
• Manage branch budget, controlling costs, and optimizing resource allocation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and innovation
• Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competition in the financial services sector
• Provide reports and regular updates to senior management on branch performance, achievements, and challenges.

Requirements:

• Graduate qualification is mandatory (post-graduation is a plus)
• Strong communication skills (English, Hindi & Regional Language)
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Effective problem-solving and negotiation abilities
• Capacity to work independently and collaboratively
• Driven to achieve targets and meet strict deadlines
• Involves extensive fieldwork
• Possesses a valid driver’s license and personal transportation
