Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager – Sales to lead our Delhi branch operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing the sales team, driving revenue, achieving branch targets, and ensuring excellent client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate the branch sales team to achieve targets
Drive revenue generation through equity, commodity, currency, and other financial products
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for business growth
Monitor team performance and provide regular training and guidance
Ensure high levels of client acquisition, retention, and satisfaction
Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
Build strong relationships with clients and partners
Prepare and present regular sales and performance reports to management
Handle escalations and ensure smooth branch operations
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 4–6 years of experience in stock broking / financial services sales
Prior experience in team handling and branch management
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
In-depth knowledge of equity, commodity, currency markets, and financial products
Target-oriented with strong problem-solving ability
Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline (Finance background preferred)
