KRA / Key Statistics:
To achieve BO Chandigarh OI target of Rs.789 Mio for CY 20.
Major responsibilities: (most important tasks, not more than 8 headlines, defined in 2-3 sentences only)
Business Area : BO Chandigarh
- Marketing: Environment screening; Product-wise Area SWOT; Market Feedback; Implementation of marketing mix in area in coordination with the ZO.
- BD, Sales & Distribution: Achieve Branch targets; Dealer / Direct Network Management; Order execution ; Godown plan & stock monitoring; Receivable and related control; Customer contact & Relations.
- After Market interaction for dealer/ customer satisfaction, product feedback, and for resolution of warranty cases.
- BO Administration: People management; overall planning, delegation and control; maintain discipline and conduct at the location; expense control; represent company in the area under the branch for legal compliance whenever required.
- Communicate and Coordinate policies, price and product related announcements in branch area and follow through for effective implementation.
- Support CRM and ISO initiatives in coordination with ZO.
- Promote Company’s values, Policies, Image and Culture.
BE (Mechanical) / DME
