Brand Manager
The Brand Manager is responsible for the development and execution of innovative strategies that enhance brand identity, drive customer engagement, and elevate brand awareness.
Your responsibilities:
- Project Management
- prelaunch project management (product development)
- brand positioning and messaging
- artwork development together with the design & RA team
- Strategy & Action plan
- strategy implementation - action plan development according to objectives
- action plan implementation: consumer promo, trade marketing, medical marketing
- management of the suppliers (cooperation with regional and local partners)
- management of the internal clients (cooperation with sales team, research & development team, purchase team etc.)
- KOL management (health care professionals, other stakeholders)
- promotional materials/ instrument development (including business presentations developed together with the medical advisory team)
- continuous artworks management together with the purchase team
- input relevant recommendation to achieve the business objectives
- Market Research and Analysis
- market research and analysis
- sales data (primary sales, in mkt. sales, sale-out, market share etc.)
- promotional performance (media KPIs, trade activities result etc.)
- competitors’ activities
- qualitative market audit
- reporting
- business reviews
- campaign monitoring etc.
Ideal Profile:
- University or post-university studies in fields like Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, Medicine.
- Understanding of marketing principles and talented to innovate the brand management tactics & strategies.
- Work experience with proven results as a Brand Manager.
- Commercial background with at least 3 years in Pharma Industry represent an advantage.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to transform data into actionable insights
- Experience in using market data (e.g. IQVia) represents an advantage.
- Fluent level of English language and Romanian is mandatory.
- Strong communicator and team worker, able to build relationships at all levels and across functions.
- Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Self-management skills, high level of autonomy.
- Driving license represents an advantage.
- Passion and/ or knowledge about natural and plant-based products represent an advantage.
