Job Description
Responsibility:
Market and competitor analysis
- Monitor competitor activities in the local market such as pricing and/or sales related processes and propose improvement measures
- Collect market-specific information via media, market research, price list from competitors, retailers etc
- Gather, prepare and report market/competitor intelligence
Product Management
- Prepare and recommend equipment level and product positioning to Head of Marketing
- Develop and implement with Head of Marketing pricing and discount policy in accordance with company and BRANDS policies
- Support GM Sales & Marketing in sales volume and product mix planning
- Ensure preparation of price walks as required
- Custodians of the brands they work for in terms of order planning, coordinating with regions on forecast requirements.
- Trim rationalization and product portfolio management.
- Developing and maintaining price ladders for each model based on specs, competitor prices, value based pricing, etc.
- Ensuring marketing communication are brand/CI compliant and as per guidelines. Also providing Marketing Communications with relevant specs/data for planning effective campaigns with right pricing.
- Tracking of BRANDS Quarterly incentives by brand and ensuring we are having the right process/documentation in place to achieve the incentives.
- Developing internal communications related to new products, updates on specs, price bulletins, etc.
- Liaison with National Sales team on proper claim procedures with BRANDS and assist in any support from BRANDS.
- Receiving all product related bulletins from BRANDS brand teams and ensuring implementation at XXXXX after management approval/direction
Reporting and BRANDS Coordination
- Ensure regular reporting on vehicle sales and stock management as required by XXXXX and company management
- Ensure daily update of XXXXX – reporting system when required
- Coordination with brand teams on new model developments, specs, pricing and coordinating with the relevant people in XXXXX for timely and accurate (price, colours, trims, etc.) orders.
- Competitive price tracking in liaison with external agency.
- Preparing various management reports such as analysing MEAC reports for their brands with details of price indexes, sales performance, mix performance, etc.
- Assisting XXXXX sales teams in any special order details in coordination with BRANDS brand teams, buzz models.
Marketing Management
- Ensuring all key Marketing initiatives are executed in a professional, Quality and timely manner in order to help achieve the set targets for XXXXX.
- Effectively launching all Tactical campaigns based on the XXXXX Marketing Calendar and timely reporting to departmental management
- Coordination with BRANDS MEO for day to day Marketing operations
- Competitive Price Reports
- BRANDS brand Plans
- Claim process for Marketing activities
- Various other BRANDS MEO coordination requests
- Plan and manage via Marketing Executive the event management and execution for

- Effectively launching all XXXXX based BTL campaigns based on the XXXXX Marketing Calendar and timely reporting to XXXXX Management
- Outlining the +//Marketing Calendar for XXXXX with monthly initiatives with tactical budgets.
- Develop and execute tactical campaigns to achieve set quarterly sales objectives and targets.
- Liaison with our agencies for Media, Advertising, BTL and PR operations for all Marketing related operations
- Prepare and attend Management and XXXXX meetings to track and present performance m-o-m.
- Develop the annual Marketing Plans & Budgets for the Marketing Department.
- Liaison with Regional Marketing Executives for timely execution of all campaigns.
- Review and approve Regional Marketing Plans based on the annual Marketing Calendar in-line with the Marketing Head and COO approvals.
- Ensuring XXXXX Marketing department has strong and professional relations with suppliers.
- Responsible for need basis special projects by COO and Management related do dealer development, expansion plans, Corporate Presentations, XXXXX Presentations, etc
- Prepare and present the Marketing Review to track performance
- Present Market Share reports, campaign performance reports
- Responsible for managing and developing marketing materials, POS, Specification stands, super graphics, dealership branding.
- Track, report and monitor leads generated from offline- media and push them to sales to convert.
- Request showroom traffic reports to monitor campaign performance m-o-m
Data Management
- Ensure that franchise data are up-to-date in DMS
- Ensure data input and management into DMS from order input to sale
- Ensure stock management in DMS
- Ensure vehicle costing and invoicing in DMS
- Ensure filing of vehicle documents according to company policies and legal requirements

- Claim Management
- Ensure compilation and timely submission of required documents to BRANDS for supported deals
Process Management
- Streamline sales administration and related processes
- Coordinate implementation and monitoring of agreed processes
Qualifications Requirements:
- Strategy and analytical skills to formulate the Marketing Plans
- Minimum of a Bachelor level degree
- Automotive product background is a must.
- Understanding of product management, pricing, model mix management
- Requires a minimum of 2+ years of experience in Brand management for automotive brands
- Extensive Online / Automotive / IT reporting experience
- Demonstrable experience working with data-driven solutions
- Proven, solid track record in utilizing analytical tools, metrics and models for both managing product portfolios and creating product road maps
- Strong understanding of relevant markets, strategies, and products/services
- Proven results and substantial experience collaborating in an agile environment
- Excellent process and product management skills
- Outstanding facilitation, communication and information sharing skills
