Responsibilities:
- Develop, adapt, and implement brand development strategies based on market research findings in accordance with the company's international standards, aiming for increased sales and market share of brands. Support the development of brand management strategies and marketing plans within the organization. Contribute to brand recognition and positioning. Develop and implement a creative approach to brand development.
- Devise and implement an approved brand development plan (brand plan).
- Plan and propose to the management the budget for brand development. Monitor budget expenditure and return on investments (KPIs). Collaborate with the management on budget reviews to align with budget frameworks and ensure effective utilization. Manage day-to-day activities related to all marketing initiatives, including project management and fostering a creative approach.
- Collaborate with Commercial and Finance departments, external agencies, and Central Marketing based on sales data and marketing research to contribute to the development of brand management strategies. Track the progress of each brand's development.
- Manage and cultivate relationships with third parties. Coordinate agency work, ensure compliance with agreed-upon terms, oversee task completion, and assess their quality to ensure high-quality service and adherence to international standards.
- Oversee all aspects of brand communication. Plan and coordinate promotional activities to increase brand recognition, trial, and repeat purchases. Lead the process of consumer promotional activities. Analyze the results and effectiveness of conducted campaigns. Participate in key presentations by the marketing and commercial departments when necessary.
- Provide suggestions for researching specific sectors to ensure availability of comprehensive and accurate information.
- Monitor relevant marketing activities in the HoReCa channel aimed at increasing brand recognition. Clearly define brand development strategies in the HoReCa channel and ensure adherence to these strategies.
- Develop and enhance an internal reporting system, prepare necessary reports for the Commercial and Marketing departments, and company leadership.
- Continuously elevate professional expertise. Ensure timely and accurate completion of all required reports and work documentation.
- Maintain commercial confidentiality. Treat all information acquired during work activities as confidential and share it only with the direct supervisor's agreement and approval. Maintain good working relationships within the team.
- Be adaptable and fulfill any other reasonable tasks and responsibilities as required by the immediate supervisor.
- Submit proposals to management for improving activities and refining work methods within the scope of responsibilities, and execute accepted proposals qualitatively and promptly.
- Contribute to fostering a favorable moral and psychological climate within the team and other Company departments within one's competence.
- Familiarize oneself with the existing policies of 'Pernod Ricard Kazakhstan' Company and act in accordance with them.
Requirements:
- Higher education.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Power Point).
- Upper-Intermediate level of English.
- Knowledge of marketing fundamentals and principles.
- Understanding of marketing research methods.
- Ability to think innovatively. Curiosity and high adaptability.
- Open-mindedness and a positive attitude.
- Resilience to stress.
