Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of brand strategies for our FMCG portfolio in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand growth, increasing market share, strengthening consumer engagement, and ensuring strong execution across all channels. The Brand Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, trade marketing, supply chain, finance, and external agencies, to deliver business objectives in a competitive market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement annual brand plans aligned with company objectives and market opportunities.
- Lead brand positioning, communication strategy, and go-to-market execution for assigned products and categories.
- Analyse market trends, consumer insights, competitor activity, and sales performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage product launches, relaunches, packaging changes, and promotional campaigns.
- Work closely with the sales and trade marketing teams to ensure strong in-store execution and visibility.
- Monitor brand performance through KPIs such as market share, sales growth, profitability, distribution, and consumer penetration.
- Manage A&P budgets effectively and ensure strong return on marketing investment.
- Coordinate with agencies for creative development, media campaigns, digital activities, and POS materials.
- Support the development of the innovation pipeline based on consumer needs and market demand.
- Ensure brand communication is relevant to the Saudi market, consumer behaviour, and cultural expectations.
- Prepare regular business reviews and present recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with supply chain and demand planning teams to ensure product availability and forecast alignment.

- Understanding of Saudi consumer behaviour and retail landscape.
- Experience working in multinational or regional FMCG companies.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA is a plus.
- 5-8 years of experience in brand management, preferably within FMCG.
- Strong experience in handling brands in the Saudi market or the GCC region.
- Proven track record in brand building, campaign management, and product launches.
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen.
- Experience in consumer insights, Nielsen / IRI data analysis, and market research is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
