Role Purpose
The Brand Manager plays a key role in developing and strengthening the product portfolio in the local market. The ideal candidate will have both strategic and operational capabilities, with direct responsibility for brand performance, including P&L, product launches, integrated communication targeting both consumers and healthcare professionals, and close collaboration with sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Development
- Develop and implement brand strategies tailored to the local market.
- Propose and coordinate new product launches, adjusting plans based on market evolution.
Marketing & Communication
- Create media, creative, and research briefs based on immediate and medium-term brand needs.
- Propose, develop, and manage integrated campaigns for both consumers and healthcare professionals.
- Ensure communication consistency with brand identity and local regulations.
Analysis & Performance
- Monitor performance indicators: market share, margin, budget, Gross-to-Net.
- Contribute to the S&OP process and sales forecasting.
- Evaluate campaign impact and suggest optimizations.
Collaboration & Influence
- Actively participate in distributor meetings, including commercial negotiations.
- Work closely with sales, regulatory, and medical teams.
- Represent the company at professional and internal events.
Ideal Profile
Experience & Skills
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Brand/Product Manager roles, preferably in pharma, OTC, or dietary supplements.
- Experience in developing local communication strategies for both professionals and consumers.
- Strong knowledge of strategic marketing, digital, media planning, and budgeting.
- Above-average communication skills, logical thinking, persuasive argumentation, and fluent presentation abilities.
