ABOUT THE ROLE
Lead the development and execution of a transformational Brand strategy, with full distributor engagement.
Key Outputs
- Develop, lead, and implement the long-term brand strategies, to clearly differentiate the brands in the market, excite consumers, trade partners and distributors
- Manage the strategic and creative development process for the brand activities
- Own the online content program aimed at driving consumer engagement and sales conversion.
- Grow and drive ecommerce sales across all online sales channels, including delivery of search and promotional campaigns.
- Work closely with local creative & media agencies
- Own and manage the Brand Marketing budget
- Lead and manage innovation projects with cross-functional teams
- Work closely with the Trade Marketing Manager, the Brand Experience Manager, and the distribution team to align the Brand Marketing objectives and get this into action
Critical experience for success
To be successful in this role you, will have/be:
- Degree in business administration, marketing, or comparable professional experience
- A strong brand marketing background in the FMCG industry with 5+ years of experience
- Experience in research and consumer insights is essential
- Experience in digital marketing and Ecommerce experience ideal
- Excellent project management skills, and ability to manage multiple projects
- Very good communication, interpersonal, and selling skills to build strong relationship with diverse
stakeholders internally and externally - Experience in new product development is a plus
- Languages: Fluency in English and German
