Permit specialist

Our client is a major player in new energy industry. They are about to invest more than $1 billion to build a plant in Hungary.

The job holder will manage the applications for building permits of the whole construction process from the approval to completion acceptance;

Main tasks

1. Facilitate negotiations with local government departments;
2. Follow and track preparation of materials required for building permit, controlling the quality of materials, collecting and sorting according to the plan, make sure that the plans follow all of the code regulations;
3. Responsible for classifying and archiving the documents generated during the project development process and generated by the relevant construction application and acceptance work;
4. Responsible for completing other tasks assigned by the leaders.

Requirements:

1. Relevant degree (architecture, civil engineering etc.);
2. 3+ years of experience on project permit and acceptance relevant work;
3. has led/participated in more than one large-scale local project of the European project and successfully applied it;
4. Familiar with the implementation process of local planning, architecture and engineering in European projects, and be familiar with relevant design specifications and laws and regulations;
5. Familiar with the approval process and requirements of local governments in Europe, and understand the local construction industry and market;
6. Familiar with the various departments and third-party companies that need to be connected in the process of local project approval, construction and acceptance, and be familiar with the difficulties and risks in the process;
7. Skilled in Word、Excel、PowerPoint、AutoCAD and other software required for work;
8. Proficient in both oral and written English languages.
