About Us

Antal International earned a strong presence and recognition in the Hungarian market, as the Budapest office has been amongst the pioneers who helped investors and multinational companies in HR/recruitment projects after the regime change in 1990.

Hungary is widely considered to be the gateway to Central and Southeast Europe, which makes it an attractive market. Hungary's labour force is highly educated and skilled with a particular emphasis on engineering, medicine and economics. Main foreign investors are (amongst others) Germany, the Netherlands, the US, France and South Korea, the investments mainly oriented towards manufacturing, trade, BSC/SSC, scientific and technical activities..

Our office currently the only Antal office in Hungary so we have to be generalist in terms of industries and disciplines. We serve mainly multinational clients, but we proud to earn trust of local SMEs over the recent years.

We focus mainly on key roles and key staff. We do F2F interviews and directs search is our preferred method to match and present the best talent available.
