Recruitment Specialist Our client is looking for a top-performing recruitment professional who thrives in an autonomous environment and wants to play a strategic role across the entire HR agenda. You will take ownership of attracting, hiring, and maintaining the blue-collar workforce, ensuring business continuity in a competitive market as a standalone HR expert. Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for blue-collar positions. Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using multiple recruitment channels. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates. Establish and maintain relationships with institutions, recruitment partners, and labour agencies. Conduct interviews and coordinate the selection process with hiring managers. Strengthen the employer brand and support local recruitment marketing activities. Support onboarding and employee integration processes. Coordinate employee documentation and cooperate with payroll and external HR service providers. Maintain HR records and prepare regular HR reports and statistics. Ensure HR processes comply with company policies and applicable labour legislation. Monitor workforce demand and staffing levels. Work closely with production managers to anticipate hiring needs. Develop proactive solutions to minimize labour shortages and turnover. Analyse recruitment metrics and recommend improvements. Requirements: Relevant degree Several years of experience in recruitment, preferably within manufacturing, logistics, or industrial environments. Proven success in blue-collar recruitment. Broad understanding of HR processes and employment practices. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
