Antal International Group, a recruitment agency, is looking for our client, a large Chinese Automotive Group, a Bus Sales Manager.
Location: Europe (no specific requirements on location)
Salary: Negotiable but very high salary range
Responsibilities:
▪ Acting as a sales representative to plan, organize and manage for sales activities mainly in European countries. Actively develop and target new business/sales opportunities within the marketplace.
▪ Effectively communicate and negotiate with customers.
▪ Work closely with Chinese HQ on business planning and implementation within European Countries when necessary.
▪ Develop end-user in the field.
▪ Regular customer visit to develop, enhance and maintain customer relationship.
▪ Frequent travelling among European countries may be required as per business necessary.
Qualifications:
▪ Bachelor degree or above in Sales/Marketing.
▪ Minimum 5 years' automotive sales experience or channel management experience, a deep understanding of bus and coach industry is preferrable.
▪ Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
▪ Excellent team player.
▪ Demonstrate initiative, self-driven with passion; result-oriented; high sense of responsibility.
▪ Fluent written/spoken English is a must, second language Spanish or French is added.
