Faire réaliserSelon la complexité de la pièce : Par le binôme RD BE - Par mail (sera remplacé par le logiciel Gestion des tâches. Donner une date butoir)- Entretien de visu- Echanger à partir du plan- Concevoir et/ou acheter un outillage spécifique pour réaliser la pièce si besoin (par le RD ou le BE : en définir les modalités)- Vérifier la faisabilité de la pièce- Affiner le concept en collaboration avec la RD- Rédiger la Fiche « Achat BE » selon la phase d avancée du projet (à préciser) Par un sous-traitant Informer du projet par mail, entretien téléphonique ou réunion selon l importance du projetA partir du plan, fichier CAO :- Prescrire la fabrication (détailler le comment)- Demander le devis- Donner une date butoir de validation à la Présidence- Relancer les Services concernés si nécessaire- Envoyer un mail aux Approvisionnements pour obtenir un Bon de Commande - Réceptionner, enregistrer la date de livraison- Rédiger la Fiche « Achat BE » (par la personne en charge de la pièce)3. Suivre le développement- Respecter les ordres de priorité- Suivre les pièces après leur commande dans leur « WorkFlow »- (Prototype, Echantillon Initiaux jusqu à la mise en production)- S'assurer que les tests réalisés par la R&D répondent au CDC et au processus de validation- Apporter les corrections et ou modification plan et/ou assurer un échange fournisseur suivant le rapport délivré par la R&D de manière écrite ou oral 4. Faire circuler l information auprès des services- Être en mesure de reporter l état d avancement du projet à tout instant- Rédiger la synthèse de fin de semaine- Compléter la fiche Achat-BE5. Develop fuel system reliability design solution, including different fuels and single/dual fuel tank supply methods, to meet different market regulations and customer needs, optimize design solutions, and improve design standards; 2. Develop reliability improvement design solutions for different types of fuel pumps, and based on actual vehicle usage scenarios and environments in the global market, as well as failure information from various OEMs, be responsible for developing system design solutions that meet the needs of different regions worldwide. Job Requirements: 1. Fuel system development experience, including at least 15 years of experience in global vehicle development; 2. Possess the ability to design and plan the quality of the entire product line in the global market, and experience in designing global market solutions for products on different platforms of the same brand; 3. Experience in the Brazilian, Russian, and/or Southeast Asian markets is preferred.
